Affittacamere La Branda - La Spezia

Perfectly close to the railway station (if you wish to make daily trips to beautiful Cinque Terre)

My room was on the street side and there were quite much traffic noise. I would also have wished more basic information about the city La Spezia in the information desk.

They didnt have 24/7 staff

The Affittacamere is right across from the railway station. The rooms are very secure. I passed through three locked doors in order to reach my room.

Upon arrival I found the front door locked. Noone answered when I rang the office. Thankfully someone arrived a few minutes later and had a mobile telephone. He rang the phone number that was posted on the front door. Shortly after, the manager arrived and let us both in. This is the only problem that I faced. After that "hurdle" I registered and everything else went fine.

Great location - central station across the street. Cinque Terre just 8 minutes by train. Nice owner - she is very kind and helpfull. I highly recommend.

there's a strange smell around the area. no parking space. bathroom is old, dark and not clean. breakfast only one bread with one coffee.

the location is convenient to travel to the chinque terra by the train from La Spezia. breakfast was at a nearby bar so it was small but fair the owner was very kind and helpfull

the parking is not as near as it is promissed. the room was not clean and the hot water ran out so we had to wait a half an hour to take a shower. also the shower facilities are not in good condition. the bed was very uncomfortable the bottom line- not worth the price

It was close to La Spezia station and clean. Giulia was very helpful when she checked me in. She answered all my questions and also recommended some other hikes for me to do (I had stayed there a few weeks after the flood in Cinque Terre happened so some of the trails were closed). I liked that tea and a small kettle were provided in the room.

Breakfast was included (coffee and a brioche), however you had to walk to one of the two cafes (one of them is just outside the building). It was not a big deal for me, but I can see that other people may not find this convenient. Also, sometimes you could hear the tv from other peoples rooms.

I stayed here as it was close to the train station which I needed to use to visit the Cinque Terre. The room served its purpose well & is a budget friendly place to stay.

It was right across the street from the train station, but not a sketchy location at all. Really convenient if you are going to Cinque Terre because you can just hop on the train. It had free wifi, and air conditioning. Also, you get breakfast coupon for the bar/cafe next door which gives you a free croissant of your choice and a cappuccino (delicious by the way.) Good place for the money.

Giulia was fantastic - very friendly and helpful and at the end of the phone if I needed anything. The cappuccino each morning for breakfast at the small cafe next to the hotel was great, and proximity to the train station was perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre.

The hostess is very friendly and attentive. There are many home room facilities. Highly recommended to stay.

Location,location,location ---proximity to downtown and the train station made this hotel a great place to stay.
